Universal Signal transmitter for converting current/voltage signals to another range. Every measurement range between 0/4-20mA or 0-10VDC is possible. Suitable for mounting on a standard DIN-RAIL profile.

DESCRIPTION

Using a TRM-30 transmitter it is possible to convert a current or voltage measurement value to another corresponding measurement signal. This allows, for example, a measurement signal from a 0-10V sensor to be converted to a 4-20 mA PLC input, in any desired measurement range. The TRM-30 is not intended for converting Thermocouple signals; the TRM-33 or TRM-20 transmitters are used for this. We adjust the TRM-30 transmitters to the desired input and output range.

What is the connection sequence for the PT100 inputs:

Brown +
White –
Green-
 

System – Diagnosis, does not see MASTER unit.
 

Unit name incorrectly spelled, may not contain any spaces or punctuation marks.
Example:
incorrect: ‘ SMS-box 1’
correct ‘ SMSbox1 ‘

Measurement value not stable, wobbles a few degrees.

Unit is sensitive to poor EARTHING.
Use protected power and sensor cables, and connect earth of 230V well.

Unit1 is good, Unit2 does not work.

a. Forgot to execute menu ‘Read in data’ after logging in. As a result data from box1 programmed in box2. Program after all remembers data from the last reading out!
b. Incorrect name (with spaces) set; set back to for example ‘SMSbox2′.
c. Waited too long with logging in -must be done within 15 sec.- results in incorrect communication.
Unit started again, within 15 sec. logged in, name changed, set back setting manually to box2.
 

How can you give your measurement value in an SMS message?

Use the button ‘Insert Analogue value’ when formulating the message.

DCD: Data Carrier Detect, connection with the SMS central set up. Approx. 1 min. on when sending SMS.
RX: Receive data, flashes briefly when receiving data
TX: Transmit data, flashes briefly when sending data.

The printing of a graph constantly stops with error message.

In the event of a SENSOR-ERROR messages in graph (see the SE line under the measurement value graph) the printing of graphs is blocked.
This message can arise with:
a. Defective sensor or incorrectly connected.
b. No measurement signal is connected to the input.
First resolve these Sensor-Error messages through:

a. Replace defective sensors or connect properly
b. Set unconnected inputs to function OFF in window REGIE-40 – Change Parameters.

Then delete the Regie-40 and start up a new measurement period.
The data can now be printed out, if there are no longer any Sensor Error messages.
Comments: the data can however be requested in the Table display.

Digital recorder for the encoded internal storage of a maximum of 8 measurement inputs. Via the built-in adjustable alarm contacts the measurement values can also be monitored. The saved measurement values and process recordings can then be shown or printed as graph or in table form.

DESCRIPTION

The Regiemaster data logger is an 8-channel digital recorder that independently and automatically saves the measurement values in the internal memory, after which they can be viewed via a computer in table form or graph. The data logger also has two alarm contacts with which various adjustable monitoring functions can be realised.  The saved measurement values can be transferred to the computer via an RS232 connection or a CompactFlash memory card. All settings can be modified via the computer or on the unit itself. As the measurement data is stored encoded it cannot be changed afterwards and so can function as evidence.

DESCRIPTION

In addition to the display of measurement values the Pi-indicator has two programmable switch contacts through which various switch functions can be realised. By using a single-chip micro-controller all settings, switch points and switch functions can be simply programmed by the user. The Pi-31 indicator is supplied including mounting and connection components in a vertical DIN housing for panel installation 48×96 mm. Thanks to the internal universal input card a large number of input ranges are possible. This can also be supplied completely installed in a cabinet, possibly with connection clamps and wiring.

Programmable transmitter for the conversion of PT100, TC, V, mA, R or potentiometer inputs to current, voltage or 2x relais uitout. Suitable for mounting on a DIN-rail.

DESCRIPTION

The transmitter of the series TRM4100 is easily to configure and is provided with a dismountable front display. After installation the display can serve to view the process values and it gives you the entrance to sophisticated alarm settings, 2 point process calibration and sensor failures. The display has a “memory” function to set easily equal multiple transmitters. There is a fourfold galvanic separation (2.3kVAC) between the power, the ralais and the analog in- and output. The transmitters are suitable for SIL1/SIL2 applications. Suitable for mounting on a  DIN-rail in for example enclosures.
