DESCRIPTION

RS Technics has been developing and manufacturing control equipment for use in the tank rooms of dairy farmers all over the world. The dairy monitoring of our company is well-known amongst farmers and dairy processing plants. With the latest addition from this family, the LB-08: Dairy Tank Monitor, a financially-friendly alternative has been introduced that has all the properties necessary to constantly monitor the quality of the milk. By means of accurate measurements on the outside of the tank or inside the tank, the LB-08 can measure the current temperature of the milk, detect the correct operation of the mixing gear, check the cleaning and sound an alarm as soon as a problem threatens to occur. In addition to an internal buzzer this tank monitor has an adjustable relay output for an external alarm. The LB-08 collects all measurement data and stores this in the internal memory (capacity of approx. 50,000 measurements). This data can be transferred to a laptop or PC via a USB connection and presented in graphs or clear tables. Although the LB-08 has been primarily developed for use in the dairy processing industry, this can of course be modified according to the specific requirements of customers for the monitoring of numerous other products stored in tanks. Principle:
The tank monitor works normally via a fixed control pattern:

  • status MILKING
  • there is milk in the tank and new milk can be added. This can therefore take a few days.

  • status TANK EMPTY BEFORE CLEANING
  • Tank is empty and still has to be cleaned.

  • status CLEANING
  • Tank is filled with water and cleaning agent; busy with cleaning.

  • status TANK EMPTY AFTER CLEANING
  • Tank empty; ready for new milk.

All these things are accurately and constantly monitored whereby undesired deviations are indicated and converted into a clear alarm!

DESCRIPTION

The Eurotherm nanodac™ recorder/regulator offers you the very best in graphic data recording combined with PID control in a small housing. The compact unit has 4 inputs for data recording and PID regulation with a full colour display which allows a crystal-clear operator interface even with the smallest of machines.

  • Crystal-clear full colour 3.5” TFT display.

This function makes use of Eurotherm’s advanced PID algorithm which ensures for a good performance and reliability of your process. The functionality comprises one of the best autotune functions combined with preventing cutbacks; compensation for power fluctuations by use of power feed forward, linear, ventilator, oil and water cooling. Autotune can be applied at any time, but normally it is used once in order to optimize the process whilst the process is being put into operation. The algorithm of the autotune can respond in various ways depending on the conditions within the process and can save you a lot of time during the optimization and putting into operation of your production process.

  • Reading out software:
  • Review software for automatically saving data in a Review database via the Ethernet network. Via a server this can make data available for several users for reading out and printing. Both Review and Dream Report™ software (optional) can be used for generating reports that you need for the process.

  • Programmer:
  • Heat treatment is one of the many processes whereby a changing setpoint is often needed within a particular period. This can be realised by using a setpoint programme. The nanodac offers an optional dual programmer which supports up to 100 local programmes, whereby each programme supports 25 segments. The nanodac also provides remote access to 200 extra programmes that can be easily found by using FTP or a USB memory card.

  • Setpoint programme editor:
  • Simple setting of your setpoint profiles with the possibility of saving, finding and downloading programme files. The setpoint programme editor of iTools provides a simple way to configure setpoint profiles and programme event outputs. Programmes can be edited live – online with the regulator, or offline, and can be downloaded after the editing or are saved in the profile. The saved number of profiles is limited only by the available disc space on the PC.

DESCRIPTION

The 9400 series Pressure transmitter is an industrial and very robust pressure transmitter fitted with a connection head turned from solid materials and has a screw cap with O-ring seal. The test cell is made from ceramic material that is resistant to most process media The test cell is sealed as standard with an O-ring of VITON or upon request of other materials. For sanitary applications this pressure transmitter can be fitted with a welded stainless steel membrane. The 175 series is made of stainless steel-316 with a stainless steel-304 connection head with bayonet cap and welded stainless steel cable swivel feed-through PG-11. This sensor can be fitted with 1 or 2 electrodes and is intended for detecting liquid levels. The electrodes are made according to the desired length. Give details with order.
