DESCRIPTION

The SI-indicators are standard digital indicators for direct display of process values.  The indicator is supplied in a DIN housing for panel installation 96×48 mm (SI96), including mounting and connection components. Standard with a red LED display, a green one is optional. Due to the internal universal input card a large number of input ranges are possible. The indicators can also be supplied completely installed in a cabinet, eventual with connection clamps and wiring.

Digital indicator with 2 or 4 programmable alarm contacts for display, monitoring and regulation of temperature and process values. Panel installation, available in many standard or customer-specific measurement ranges.

DESCRIPTION

The indicator of the serie PI50 has a 4-digit 14-segment LED display, which guaranteed a good vision. It is very easy to program the indicator with the front function keys and the clearly menu stucture. Installation goes very quickly, because each relais can be activated / deactivated independently. Sensor failures are directly displayed on the display or declared by a relais. The indicator is safely secured: the input, output and the powersupply are isolated (to a max of 2.3kVAC). The housing is in the standard DIN NG96x48mm size.

DESCRIPTION

The 147WD is a sensor in aluminium housing with a cut away stainless steel measuring point, and is fitted with a rear flange for wall mounting.  This sensor is specifically intended for measuring ambient air temperature. As option the sensor can come with a 2-wire transmitter type TRM33A. This is only for use in spaces with a minimum ambient temperature of +5 °C.

DESCRIPTION

The 500 series of surface sensors consist of a plastic housing with a flat metal measurement section on the underside. The sensor can be mounted to the surface by screw, clamp or glue and comes standard with a 2-metre PTFE connection cable. Firmly mounted protection sleeves for installing and changing sensors during the process.

DESCRIPTION

Thermowells are protection sleeves for the installation and changing of sensors during the operating process. The temperature sensor is placed within the thermowell which is mounted at the measurement location. When the sensor is removed the thermowell sleeve ensures the process is permanently sealed. In addition, the thermowell provides an extra protection of the temperature sensor in the event of aggressive or strongly corrosive media.
This series is ideal in combination with the sensors from the 150, 170 and 700 series. The precision sleeve of stainless steel-316 is welded on an upper section with screw thread in various internal and external thread versions. Made from stainless steel, and available in many dimensions, process connections, sizes and wall thicknesses. Also available as “welded” model, or made from turning a solid ‘bar-stock’ material.

Types The stainless steel precision sleeve-316 is welded on an upper section
with screw thread in various versions:
