Flexible sensor consisting of sheath material 320/340.

DESCRIPTION

This flexible sensor is made of sheath material 320/340.

The material:
Flexible RVS (or Inconel) in different diameters and unlimited lengths. The sensors can also be transported/delivered rolled up. The cores are mineral isolated and resisted to high temperatures. Very fast temperature registrations are possible.

Deliverable diameters: 0,5mm – 1mm – 1,5mm – 2mm – 3mm – 6mm.

All sheath material temperaturesensors are assembled and tested per piece in our own factory. There is no limit on versions and we handle a very fast delivery time!

Temperature sensor for measuring in exhaust gas channels and turbines, resistant to high temperatures.

DESCRIPTION

The 161/165 series of thermocouple sensors have been specially developed for measuring the temperature in exhaust gas channels and turbines. A robust cable protector spring has been mounted on the top. As standard the sensor is fitted with a 2-metre compensation cable with a woven metal protection. Other cable lengths are available upon request. Model ‘161’ comes with a cable with a right angle cable exit, whilst model ‘165’ has a straight cable exit. These sensors are normally assembled with a clamp connection in a protective housing.

DESCRIPTION

The sensor model 159 is fitted with a bayonet cap for speedy and simple attachment. This allows them to be easily replaced in the event of maintenance or faults The sensor is fitted with a 180 mm long pressure spring and is available in two bayonet sizes:
A) cap diameter 15 mm external, with spring diameter 6mm.
B) cap diameter 18 mm external with a spring diameter of 8 mm.
The measurement part (pocket) is of stainless steel-316. Indicate the desired length with order. 
The sensor can be supplied with standard or armoured PTFE cable.

DESCRIPTION

The 156 series of cable elements are insert probes with a fixed mounted connection cable. available in various standard diameters and cable types. As measurement system standard PT100 and various Thermocouples are possible, with also more specific recorders in PT200, PT500, PT1000, Ni100 and Ni1000. The cable sensors are suitable for all sorts of application in for example industry, greenhouses, ovens, climate control and machine construction. Connection cable possible in PVC, PUR, Silicon, PTFE or Glass silk for temperatures up to 600 °C. As option an anti-kink coil can be mounted on the cable outlet.

DESCRIPTION

The 155 series of screw-in sensors are insert probes with a fixed mounted connection cable and a process connection to be determined according to customer specifications, available in various standard diameters and types of cables. As measurement system standard PT100 and various Thermocouples are possible, with also more specific recorders in PT200, PT500, PT1000, Ni100 and Ni1000.
