DESCRIPTION

The SI-indicators are standard digital indicators for direct display of process values. The indicator is supplied in a DIN housing for panel installation 48×48 (SI48), including mounting and connection components. Standard with a red LED display, a green one is optional. Due to the internal universal input card a large number of input ranges are possible. The indicators can also be supplied completely installed in a cabinet, eventual with connection clamps and wiring.

DESCRIPTION

The 500 series of surface sensors consist of a plastic housing with a flat metal measurement section on the underside. The sensor can be mounted to the surface by screw, clamp or glue and comes standard with a 2-metre PTFE connection cable. In addition to these models we produce PT and Thermocouple sensors in various forms and connection methods. DESCRIPTION

The temperature sensors from the 150, 170 and 700 series can be optionally fitted with an exchangeable measurement insert. In the event of breakdowns this allows the measurement system to be replaced without interrupting the process. The insert is made of a ceramic connection system with two pressure springs. Robust and 100% watertight temperature sensor, fully made from stainless steel-316 with a screw cap, supplied made to measure with swivel, nipple or dairy connection process connection or as air temperature probe.

DESCRIPTION

The 700 series comes with a connection head turned from solid material and has a screw cap with O-ring seal. This sensor is characterised by its robustness and 100% watertightness. IP68 has a process connection according to customer specifications and can be fitted with a 2-wire transmitter type TRM33A. The sensor can come with a NW25 and NW50 process connection, better known as a ‘dairy’, ‘Sanitary’ or ‘Tri-clamp’ connection. The 700 series is also available in a vibration-resistant version “700-S” with Lloyds approval, specially suitable for extreme stresses such as ship diesel engines and heavy industry. The “707” model is specifically intended for air temperature measurements in for example ovens or air ducts. This is characterised by a cut away measurement point and is available with smooth insert or with an internal/external thread connection in a robust design.
