Universal Signal transmitter for converting current/voltage signals to another range. Every measurement range between 0/4-20mA or 0-10VDC is possible. Suitable for mounting on a standard DIN-RAIL profile.

DESCRIPTION

Using a TRM-30 transmitter it is possible to convert a current or voltage measurement value to another corresponding measurement signal. This allows, for example, a measurement signal from a 0-10V sensor to be converted to a 4-20 mA PLC input, in any desired measurement range. The TRM-30 is not intended for converting Thermocouple signals; the TRM-33 or TRM-20 transmitters are used for this. We adjust the TRM-30 transmitters to the desired input and output range.

Signal transmitter with two-wire measurement systems for converting the measured temperature to a 4-20 mA signal. Suitable for mounting on standard DIN-RAIL profile, and available for PT100 or Thermocouple.

DESCRIPTION

Using a TRM-20 transmitter it is possible to convert a temperature measurement value to a standard 4-20 mA measurement signal. This makes it possible to convert a large number of diverse temperature signals to, for example, a standard PLC input which allows larger distances to also be bridged. The TRM-33 series of transmitter heads can be directly built into the connection head of the temperature sensor, whilst the TRM-20/30 series of transmitters is intended for mounting on DIN rails in for example switch boxes. We adjust the TRM20 transmitters according to the desired measurement system and measurement range.

Signal transmitter PT100 for converting the measured temperature to a 4-20 mA signal. Suitable for direct mounting in the connection head of the temperature sensor, or with mounting clip on DIN-rail.

DESCRIPTION

Using a TRM head-mounted transmitter it is possible to convert a temperature measurement value to a standard 4-20 mA measurement signal. This makes it possible to convert a large number of diverse temperature signals to, for example, a standard PLC input which allows larger distances to also be bridged. The TRM head-mounted transmitter can be built-in directly in the connection head of the temperature sensor.
We supply the TRM head-mounted transmitters been programmed according to the desired measurement system and measurement range. These TRM head-mounted transmitter heads are also available separately for OEM and system builders.

DESCRIPTION

The 147WD is a sensor in aluminium housing with a cut away stainless steel measuring point, and is fitted with a rear flange for wall mounting.  This sensor is specifically intended for measuring ambient air temperature. As option the sensor can come with a 2-wire transmitter type TRM33A. This is only for use in spaces with a minimum ambient temperature of +5 °C.

DESCRIPTION

The 500 series of surface sensors consist of a plastic housing with a flat metal measurement section on the underside. The sensor can be mounted to the surface by screw, clamp or glue and comes standard with a 2-metre PTFE connection cable. Firmly mounted protection sleeves for installing and changing sensors during the process.

DESCRIPTION

Thermowells are protection sleeves for the installation and changing of sensors during the operating process. The temperature sensor is placed within the thermowell which is mounted at the measurement location. When the sensor is removed the thermowell sleeve ensures the process is permanently sealed. In addition, the thermowell provides an extra protection of the temperature sensor in the event of aggressive or strongly corrosive media.
This series is ideal in combination with the sensors from the 150, 170 and 700 series. The precision sleeve of stainless steel-316 is welded on an upper section with screw thread in various internal and external thread versions. Made from stainless steel, and available in many dimensions, process connections, sizes and wall thicknesses. Also available as “welded” model, or made from turning a solid ‘bar-stock’ material.

DESCRIPTION
