700 series – Robust full stainless steel temperature sensor

Robust and 100% watertight temperature sensor, fully made from stainless steel-316 with a screw cap, supplied made to measure with swivel, nipple or dairy connection process connection or as air temperature probe.

DESCRIPTION

The 700 series comes with a connection head turned from solid material and has a screw cap with O-ring seal. This sensor is characterised by its robustness and 100% watertightness. IP68 has a process connection according to customer specifications and can be fitted with a 2-wire transmitter type TRM33A. The sensor can come with a NW25 and NW50 process connection, better known as a ‘dairy’, ‘Sanitary’ or ‘Tri-clamp’ connection. The 700 series is also available in a vibration-resistant version “700-S” with Lloyds approval, specially suitable for extreme stresses such as ship diesel engines and heavy industry. The “707” model is specifically intended for air temperature measurements in for example ovens or air ducts. This is characterised by a cut away measurement point and is available with smooth insert or with an internal/external thread connection in a robust design.

170S series – Vibration resistant temperature sensor – stainless steel connection head

Specially designed for shipping and heavy industry. Vibration-resistant temperature sensor with stainless steel connection head, resistant to extreme stresses. Custom-made with swivel or nipple process connection and a Lloyd’s approval.

DESCRIPTION

Vibration-resistant sensor, resistant to extreme stresses such as with ship diesel engines or heavy industry! The 170S series is fitted with a stainless steel connection head with cable swivel feed-through PG11 and is vibration-resistant in accordance with Lloyd’s ref.01/30008(E3). DESCRIPTION

The 170 series is made of stainless steel-316 with a stainless steel-304 connection head with bayonet cap and welded stainless steel cable swivel feed-through PG-11. This sensor with a process connection in accordance with customer specifications can be fitted with a 2-wire transmitter type TRM33A. In addition, available with NW25 and NW50 process connection, also known as ‘dairy’ or ‘sanitary’ connections. 162 – Thermocouple sensor with connector

DESCRIPTION

The series 162 temperature sensors provides a tailored solution for easy measuring and recording temperatures. The feeler tube is made of SS316 or mineral isolated casing material and available in a variety of diameters. At the end of the tube a thermocouple male connector in miniature or standard version is mounted.

The stainless steel probe is strong and dimensionally stable and suitable for frequent exchanges in the process. The thermocouple is standard isolated, but can also be welded (grounded) in this version, so a high-speed measurement can be carried out.

The sheath material is manufactured of flexible stainless steel or Inconel600. The material is permanently flexible and can be used c.q. construed in all forms. The temperature resistance is very high and the measurements are extremely exact.

158 – Temperaturesensor with DIN43650 connector

DESCRIPTION

The sensor of the serie 158 is equipped with a DIN43650 connector, so it provides a right-angled cable output. This connector also provides easy exchangeability of the sensor. The connector has a PG9 cable gland.

The sensors of the serie 158 can be provided with a sleek insertion (possibly in combination with a clamp coupling), with a fixed or a rotable nipple or with a gland.

The process connection and insertion are made of RVS316. The standard diameter is 6mm, but any desired diameter is also available. By default, this sensor measures up to 300°C.

320 – Mineral isolated sheath material

Flexible sensor consisting of sheath material 320/340.

DESCRIPTION

This flexible sensor is made of sheath material 320/340.

The material:
Flexible RVS (or Inconel) in different diameters and unlimited lengths. The sensors can also be transported/delivered rolled up. The cores are mineral isolated and resisted to high temperatures. Very fast temperature registrations are possible.

Deliverable diameters: 0,5mm – 1mm – 1,5mm – 2mm – 3mm – 6mm.

All sheath material temperaturesensors are assembled and tested per piece in our own factory. There is no limit on versions and we handle a very fast delivery time!

161-165 Exhaust gas sensor

Temperature sensor for measuring in exhaust gas channels and turbines, resistant to high temperatures.

DESCRIPTION

The 161/165 series of thermocouple sensors have been specially developed for measuring the temperature in exhaust gas channels and turbines. A robust cable protector spring has been mounted on the top. As standard the sensor is fitted with a 2-metre compensation cable with a woven metal protection. Other cable lengths are available upon request. Model ‘161’ comes with a cable with a right angle cable exit, whilst model ‘165’ has a straight cable exit. These sensors are normally assembled with a clamp connection in a protective housing.

159 – Cable sensor with bayonet cap

Cable-temperature sensor with bayonet-cap attachment.

DESCRIPTION

The sensor model 159 is fitted with a bayonet cap for speedy and simple attachment. This allows them to be easily replaced in the event of maintenance or faults The sensor is fitted with a 180 mm long pressure spring and is available in two bayonet sizes:
A) cap diameter 15 mm external, with spring diameter 6mm.
B) cap diameter 18 mm external with a spring diameter of 8 mm.
The measurement part (pocket) is of stainless steel-316. Indicate the desired length with order.
The sensor can be supplied with standard or armoured PTFE cable.
