150 series – Temperature sensor with aluminium connection head Form-B.

Temperature sensor with aluminium Form-B connection head, available custom-made with swivel or nipple process connection or as air temperature probe.

DESCRIPTION

The 150 series is fitted with an aluminium Form-B connection head with cable swivel feed-through PG16, available as desired in grey or red and a process connection according to customer specifications. The sensor can be fitted with a 2-wire transmitter of type TRM33A and is also available as cut away air temperature probe. The 150 series is also available in a vibration-resistant version “150-S” with Lloyds approval, specially suitable for extreme stresses such as ship diesel engines and heavy industry.

Types	150: Form-B Temperature sensor, process connection in swivel nut with internal thread. 151: Form-B Temperature sensor, process connection in nipple with external thread. 152: Form-B Temperature sensor, without process connection. 157: Form-B Temperature sensor, designed as air temperature probe. Length, diameter, and measurement system as requested with order.
Possible applications	General industry. Ovens. Food processing. Cooling/Freezing companies. Machinery manufacture.
Measurement element	PT100 PT200 PT500 PT1000 Ni100 Ni1000 Thermocouple J, K, T, S.
Measurement system	Single version Duplex version 2, 3 or 4-lead technology.
Temperature range	Standard range to a maximum of 300 °C.  Also suitable for high temperature measurements.  This is however very much dependent upon the chosen materials, connection cables and construction. For the correct version, please feel free to contact us.
Materials	Measuring section stainless steel-316.  Aluminium connection head.
Dimensions	As requested with order.
Process connection	Refer to type numbers for the desired version, including BSP, NPT screw thread.
Connection cable	Screw connection in the connection head, so supplied without cable.
IP-norm	IP-65 (the cut away measuring section of the 157 air probe is not watertight).
