PI30 Programmable indicator horizontal

Digital indicator with 2 programmable alarm contacts for display, monitoring and regulation of temperature and process values. Panel installation, available in many standard or customer-specific measurement ranges.

DESCRIPTION

In addition to the display of measurement values the Pi-indicator has two programmable switch contacts through which various switch functions can be realised. By using a single-chip micro-controller all settings, switch points and switch functions can be simply programmed by the user. The indicators are supplied including mounting and connection components in a DIN housing for panel installation 96×48 mm. Thanks to the internal universal input card a large number of input ranges are possible. This can also be supplied completely installed in a cabinet, possibly with connection clamps and wiring.

Description	Programmable indicator in DIN housing NG96x48 mm. Horizontal model. Two independent relay contacts max. 3 Amp @ 250 VAC with various possible switch functions and freely adjustable switch points. A selection of measurement inputs available, ask about the possibilities or for a data sheet. Standard with a red LED display, 3.5 digit and character height 14 mm. A LED display in green colour is optional. Supplied including mounting brackets and connection components.

Measurement system	As requested with order: PT100 – IEC60751/3-lead, Thermocouple J or K, Voltage 0-1 VDC or 0-10 VDC, Current 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA.
Measurement range	PT100: -50.0 … +350.0°C / 0-800°C, Thermocouple: 0-500°C / 0-1200°C, Current/voltage: 0.0 … 100.0%, freely adjustable display value. Other ranges possible upon request.
Outputs	Two relay contacts, potential-free make-and-break-contact.
Power	Standard 230 VAC – 50/60 Hz, optional in 24 VDC, 24 VAC or 115 VAC.
Accuracy	± 1% FSR
IP-norm	IP54 (front/panel side).
Dimensions	Panel installation 96x48mm, depth 110 mm.
Options (for supplement)	Customer-specific / non-standard measurement range. Customer-specific / non-standard supply voltage. Display LEDs in green. Front plate with own logo, company name or measurement unit. Connection with screw connector-block instead of the standard faston-connections. Installed in a cabinet or housing for wall mounting.
